Clearview Services has finished power washing the buildings. I hope you notice a big difference!
The April balance sheet and updated budget have been posted to the Financials page.
Repairs continue to be made to individual homeowner properties. If your property is in need of a repair, please fill out the form on the website so we can monitor what needs to be done.
Work continues on cleaning out the flowerbeds in front of each property and adding mulch. The row on 48th is nearly done and we'll begin work on the others in the coming weeks.
Cost to repair the leak under the concrete in 4818-4836 row is too costly to repair. We are limiting the time the sprinklers are on to those beds to about 5 minutes to avoid the severe leak. There are no plans for further repairs to that area at this time.
Thank you for getting your insurance declarations in. If you haven't done so yet, please get yours to Jill by May 15.
Reminders.....
The community dumpster will be on Quaker May 15-17. Clean out those closets, garages and your property while it's free to discard!
Before you contact a company or individual to do work on your property that is maintained by the HOA, you must notify the board and get approval to use anyone who is NOT currently approved to work on the property. This includes outside window sills, door frames, soffits, fencing, etc.
Please look around your property, especially in the back, and if you see any holes in your soffits, be sure to let Debbi know so we can get those on our projects list. We seem to have several around the property, thanks to the squirrels.
Several of us have noticed clogged dryer vents and hoses or damage to dryer vents by critters. Responsibility for keeping the dryer vent and hose in working order and safe is the homeowner's responsibility. If you need repairs, we have a handyman who is happy to help you for a nominal fee. Contact Debbi for information.
