LEAVES ARE STARTING TO FALL SO BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR GUTTERS FROM YOUR BALCONY CLEANED OUT.

ALSO, BE SURE TO SWEEP OR BLOW LEAVES OFF YOUR BALCONY TO THE GROUND FOR OUR LAWN COMPANY TO REMOVE.

RULES & REGULATIONS
- The Rules and Regulations posted on the website as of October 5, 2026 are being updated and voted upon by your HOA Board on Saturday, October 10. The new R&R's will be uploaded and emailed to all homeowners as soon as possible afterwards.
OPEN BOARD POSITIONS FOR 2027
- The positions for Vice President and Treasurer will be open for 2027. Please consider volunteering to fill one of the roles. Andie Clem or I will be happy to explain what is involved in either position.
- Unfortunately, if we are unable to fill the roles we may have to hire an accountant and/or HOA management company which will undoubtably cause our dues to increase!
