The status of the vacant property at 4808 shows no signs of resolving anytime soon and with summer coming there appear to be more people trying to access the property who shouldn't. A lock has been placed on the gate by the Board with a combination in case of emergency. The lawn will be reported to Enforcement Control at City of Tulsa throughout the summer as the grass gets beyond HOA guidelines.

EMCO will be here at 7:00 a.m. this Saturday, June 6. They'll start checking the termite traps in the common areas and then start on the backyards at 8:00 a.m. Be sure to leave access to your backyard or make sure someone is home to let them in. Andie will be their point of contact on Saturday. I suspect they'll be done by 9 or 9:30.
It's important that we have the traps checked every 6 months to avoid huge expenses to you and/or the HOA in the event that we have another termite infestation!
We have hired a landscaping company to weed out the community flower beds, add dirt around the water meters, clean up shrubs and trees, lay down weed barrier and add about 2-3'" of mulch in all the community flower beds and the west side common area. They will be here July 1 and 2 and Debbi will be in touch with homeowners regarding anything that's important to you in the bed nearest your property.
