FLOWER BEDS PROJECT STARTING AUGUST 22!

• We're ready to start the community flower beds project!  Our current lawn service has been contracted to do the beds.  Baldomero does a great job on our lawns and has agreed to take on the project of getting our beds looking better. The project will start Saturday, August 22, so in preparation for all the work, please visit this form NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 19 to tell us if there is something we should avoid or give special instructions on what is important to you in your particular flower bed.  Thank you!

BACKYARDS, VINES, TREES, CLEAN UP

• Keeping your backyard free of weeds, tall grass, debris and your trees trimmed is the responsibility of each homeowner.  To avoid penalties, please besure your yard stays within the HOA codes. 

CONTRACTOR REFERRAL PAGE

• We homeowners are always in need of good, quality, trusted contractors for upkeep, maintenance projects, mowing, etc.  I'll be adding a page to the website of contractors YOU have used and would recommend.  Just send them to me and I'll add them to the page. DRYER VENTS

• Be sure to check that your dryer vents are free of lint and blockages that could start a fire.  If you need a recommendation of someone to help you with that, let Debbi know.
