The February balance sheet and updated budget have been posted to the Financials page. 

Advisory Board met February 15. 

Various repairs to individual homeowner properties

Water bill and bank account changed over to include Debbi. 

Jill Eccleston followed up with the bank regarding 4808. Homeowner and lender  are involved in loss mitigation and Jill will be contacted when the next Sheriff's sale gets scheduled. 

4822 has accepted an offer and closes early April.
